Return & Exchange Guidelines Â
Return/Exchange Window:
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery in the product's original condition, only on Domestic Orders Pan-India. Â
Non-Returnable Products:
Custom products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
No returns / refunds are offered on International orders. If you recieve a defective/ damaged item, we will send a new piece immediately. For international refunds, the turn around time is 5-7 business days.
Standard Fees:
A 20% fee applies to non-defective returns and refunds to cover shipping and handling costs.
Options for Returns/Exchanges Â
- Replacement:
Send the product back, and we’ll send you a replacement after inspection.  - Store Credit:
Instantly receive store credits for future purchases upon initiating a return/exchange. - Refund:
Get a refund to your original payment method or bank account after we receive the product.

Important Notes
- For non-defective returns and refunds, the 20% fee will be deducted from the total refund or credit amount. Â
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes inspection. Whereas replacements and exchanges are shipped out immediately.
